AI Developer (Multi-Agent Systems)

We are looking for an AI Developer (Multi-Agent Systems) to build agentic AI products — multi-agent workflows, RAG systems, and LLM-powered features for our SaaS platform.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience with AI/LLM development

• Hands-on experience building AI applications using LLM APIs

Required Skills

Programming

• Python (mandatory)

• Basic JavaScript / Go is a plus

LLM & AI Fundamentals

• Strong understanding of LLM APIs

• Prompt engineering

• Context engineering

• MCP (tool / function calling)

• A2A (agent-to-agent communication / multi-agent collaboration concepts)

• Structured outputs (JSON schema-based responses)

• Context window management

• Basic evaluation of model responses

• Multi-step workflows / reasoning chains

• Agent memory (short-term / long-term)

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

• Embeddings basics

• Document chunking strategies

• Semantic search

• Vector databases (basic usage)

• Experience with at least one:

Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or Chroma

AI Frameworks (at least one)

• LangChain

• LangGraph

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI agents for our SaaS platform

• Design multi-agent workflows and pipelines (research, planning, execution agents)

• Integrate LLMs into product features

• Implement RAG-based knowledge systems

• Create tool-using intelligent systems

• Improve response quality, reliability, and reduce hallucinations

• Experiment with prompts, tools, and agent behavior

• Optimize latency and token cost

• Work with the backend team for API integration

• Redis basics (for memory / cache)

• Experience with production AI apps

• OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini API experience

• Workflow automation systems

• Basic understanding of cost optimization for LLM APIs
